Take The Northern State Parkway
To Meadowbrook Parkway Exit 31A towards Jones Beach
Merge onto Meadowbrook Parkway South
Take exit M3 W towards Stewart Ave. for 0.2 miles
Stay straight to go onto Merchants Concourse for 0.1 miles
Turn left onto Stewart Ave. for 0.05 miles
Go straight on Stewart Ave. as it becomes Park Blvd for 0.8 miles
Enter Eisenhower Park and proceed to lot number 6

Sachem North – 212 Smith Rd. Lake Ronkonkoma, NY 11779
LIE To Exit 60
Proceed along service road to second light
Turn Left onto Hawkins Ave
Take Hawkins Ave for 1 mile to 5 corner intersection
Mae 90 degree right turn onto Smith Rd.
High school is on the right

Sachem East – 177 Granny Rd. Farmingville, NY 11738
LIE to Exit 63 (North Ocean Avenue)
At the traffic light, make a left turn onto North Ocean Avenue
At the fourth traffic light, make a right turn onto Granny Road
At the third traffic light, make a left turn into the main entrance
Follow the road all the way around to the parking lot

Ward Melville HS (TVSC) – 380 Old Town Rd. Setauket, NY 11733
From west Long Island.
Take Nesconset Hwy, 347 to Old Town Rd. Turn left at traffic light.
In about 0.5 mile Ward Melville High School pool is on left side of road.
Take 2nd driveway into school parking lot.

From LIE, 495 take exit 63 (Patchogue Mt. Sinai Rd, 83).
At end of off-ramp turn left onto Patchogue Mt. Sinai Rd.
After 3.5 miles, turn left onto Old Town Rd.
Drive 4 miles on Old Town Rd.
Ward Melville High School is on left side of road.
Take 2nd driveway into school parking lot.

Hofstra University – Long Island Express Swim Club
Meadowbrook Parkway South (Signs say Jones Beach)
Go 3 miles to exit M4, signs say Hempstead Turnpike, Nassau Coliseum
Take exit to end, turn right
Go 3 traffic lights, turn right onto Hofstra’s North campus
At second stop sign turn right onto Hofstra University’s Northern Blvd.
Proceed to Physical Fitness and Swim Center
Turn right at tennis courts and park at the lot behind the Swim Center

Lehman College – Apex Acquatic Center – 250 Bedford Park Blvd West Bronx, NY
Take Northen State Parkway OR LIE To Cross Island Parkway North
Take either Whitestone or Throgs Neck Bridge
Proceed to Cross Bronx Expressway to Rosedale Avenue/Bronx River Parkway Exit
Take the Bronx River Parkway North to Mosholu Parkway exit
Follow Mosholu Parkway North to Paul Avenue (traffic light past Jerome Avenue – elevated train)
Turn left on Paul Avenue
Proceed to Bedford Park Boulevard and turn right
The Apex Aquatic Center will be on the left and parking is straight ahead

Right onto Kenwood Dr.
Right onto Aron Dr.
Left onto Belvedere Dr
Right onto 7th St.

BGNW Distance Swim Meet – 351 Main Street Mount Kisco, NY 10549
Take Whitestone Bridge to The Hutchinson Parkway North
Continue on the Hutchinson Parkway for 18 miles
Take the I-684 exit on left towards Brewster
Go 12.7 miles to the Route 172 exit
Turn left onto South Bedford Rd.
Go 2.2 miles and turn right onto Main St.

Take Verrazano Bridge To Outerbridge Crossing…
Or Exit 10 off The New Jersey Turnpike
Go over The Outerbridge Crossing
Keep straight and follow 287 North for approximately 11 miles
Take Exit 9
At the end of the Exit ramp, turn Left onto River Road
Stay on River Road until you reach Sutphen (go left up the hill)
You’ll see the Football Stadium on the right at the top of the hill
Go to the stop sign and turn Left
Go through the traffic circle to the stop sign (this is Brett Road)
Go Left up the hill
At the top of the hill, go LEFT and the pool is in front of you.

Holtsville Pool
LIE to exit 61
Turn right onto Patchogue / Holbrook Rd.
Stay straight until you see the signs for the IRS, there will be an AMOCA station on the left.
This is Woodside Ave (although there is no sign) Go Left
Take 2nd Right and exit down ramp.
Turn Left onto Buckley Rd.
Turn right into Holtsville Center
The Holtsville Pool is in the rear of the park

Long Beach – Magnolia Boulevard and West Bay Drive, Long Beach
LIE or Northern State to the Meadowbrook Parkway South
Take The Loop Parkway exit  M10- toward Point Lookout
Bear right onto Loop Parkway
Go to the end and bear right on Lido Blvd.
Lido Blvd. turns into Park Ave. East
Go past LIRR station
Go 2 blocks past station to Magnolia Blvd.
Right onto Magnolia to end
